The onsen was a true blessing, providing us with much-needed relaxation every night. The check-in process could be improved, as there is only one queue, which can be slow at times. The buffet spread is quite repetitive and unexciting, with bananas and kiwi fruits sliced into tiny, unappealing pieces. What I don't like is the additional fee...

"We recently stayed at the APA Shin Osaka Eki Tower. It was a bit hard to find the hotel since the nearby train station was huge and it was difficult to find the correct exit. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly. Also breakfast was available on the top floor which offered breath-taking views of the area. The rooms were clean although a bit noisy when the trains sped by. There several restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Overall a convenient place to stay. "
