This place provides a non expensive hotel service and during the time I stay I enjoy to notice that a lot of different employees were working on the property. Also on Saturday to Sunday they sold out their rooms. I am sure a lot of people find the place and location very convenient to book with them.

This was a very nice stay. I would stay here again.

The resort overall was very nice, pretty place, staff were friendly. The regular bed was very comfortable but the pull out bed was awful- I don't recommend using those. Any food on the resort was highly expensive & took very long to get. We sat down in the restaurant for a basic meal upon our arrival, it took like 3 hours to finish. We waited about 50 minutes for the food to come out. It was just 3 orders of chicken fingers & ff, there was only 1 or 2 other tables in the place. Each step of our dinner took 15-20 minutes.Ex: To get a refill 15-20 minutes, to come back & ask for boxes another 15-20min, then we asked for the bill, another 20 min wait, then 20 min to wait for them to come back & take payment, then another 20 min to return my card & receipt. Very frustrating when we were just hungry & exhausted & wanted to settle in. We ordered pizza from the pizzeria. We waited an hour for one large pizza to be done, we were the only customer & it was $45! I recommend eating out, outside of the resort. We had a fabulous time though. You need a car but parking is tough. Pools, lovely but you can't really get a chance to enjoy things like the hot tub, it's filled with unsupervised children or large groups of rude adults that never get out, this occured everytime we tried to go over a 5 day time frame. If frequent marijuana smell bothers you, then you may take issue with your stay. I really got no help on how to access the various services. They kept wanting me to buy a timeshare.

Jacuzzi tub was not able to be used as there was black dirt coming out when turned on

This was supposed to be a luxury suite and looked nothing like the pictures. No cleaning service like a hotel should have, extra pool/bar area is an extra charge per day per person, has a kitchenette but no dishes/silverware/cups, no extra pillows or bedding for the pullout couch, two sheets and no comforter on the main beds, not enough washcloths or hand towels for 3 people when we paid for a 5 person room and no one brought us anything when we called. The hotel you are getting isn’t at all what was advertised on Expedia either.
