「Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again.」

「We had a pleasant stay. Backyard was peaceful and neighborhood was very safe. Back deck is overdue for some repairs and kitchen could use a restock of basics like glasses, small plates etc. no open cabinets for food storage. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Overall could use some refresh of furniture and decorating. 」

「Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was well situated and in a safe neighborhood, the pool was unheated so pretty cold, but my kids enjoyed regardless! It was well maintained and someone came for routine service while we were there.. The game room was a huge hit with the family and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels- pool towels too!My only feedback that I’d suggest is to leave enough dishwasher pods/laundry pods/garbage bags/toilet paper for the length of the guests...

「My sister and I stayed here for three nights before our cruise. The villa was very cute, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach and 2-3 short blocks to Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar (a place we loved). Communication with host was good and parking easy. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「This home is in a great location if you’re traveling for youth sports, with a tournament at the Austin Tindall Sports Complex. Almost all of the appliances are brand new and every single one of them works perfectly. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and sleep comfortably. 「Our month-long stay in Cape Canaveral was absolutely fantastic!
