LIMITATIONS:

🍃 There is a mandatory cleaning every 30 days and it is already included in your reservation.

🧺 Washer and Dryer is not located in your unit. But we provide 1 free laundry service for weekly stays, and 3 free laundry service for monthly stays. As long as you notify us a day in advance, we can collect the laundry at the front door and drop off when done.

🚪 This unit is attached to the owner's main house but you have your own private entrance

🧴 We only provide the initial consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo etc.

🅿️ Guests are permitted to park in the street only.

🐶 Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $200 per pet and per month. But please no pet on furniture, no pet left unattended, pick up after your pet. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

📺 No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

❄️ There is central AC but there is no thermostat inside the unit. If you want to change the temperature, please let us know.

💤 Kindly respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
