"The room was clean and the water pressure of the shower was excellent. I approached the front desk staff and tried to ask them to help for a table reservation as this restaurant do not provide online booking. The staff rejected and said they cannot make reser reservation for me which was disappointed."

Great service and location

"The service is the best among my 2 week stay in Kyushu (the others are already good). The location is prime and is more preferable than the one I used next to the Hakata station. Rooms are in good size, the only thing that is slightly smaller than expected is the bath."
