we really enjoyed our stay here!! it was super nice and the bed was comfortable. there were a lot of useful amenities which we really liked. the location was convenient because it had a lot of food/bar options and was right by the music venue we went to. will definitely stay here again if we come back to chicago. thank you to the host for this little find!!

The room was just okay. Kitchen setup and appliances pretty good but we really didn’t need them…except the Keurig. Host very responsive - the problem was that he had a lot to respond to: only one wash cloth and bath towels were damp; bath mat was wet and should have been exchanged out; closet door to washer/dryer unit did not open wide enough to permit opening the unit door without serious effort; futon couch horribly uncomfortable (bed WAS comfortable); toilet was not firmly attached to floor and “rocked” when sitting and rising; one of the flush buttons on top of toilet tank did not work.

Lovely spot in a wonderful area.
Uptown is a great neighborhood. Loved its proximity to Wrigley and Montrose Beach. The apartment is small, but we weren't there to hang out inside. Everything was clean. There's a large walk-in closet. The building is clean and safe. There's even a modest workout room in the basement.

Fantastic stay, simple and clean
Easy access in a good area of Chicago, safe locking doors and ring cameras. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom - and very easy for a quick stay. The A/C was out during our stay and it was very warm, but the property manager mentioned they would get that fixed pronto, so shouldn’t be an issue for anyone else.
