"its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us"

"Great, helpful staff. Very easy access to the Narita trains. Paid breakfast had western and local options. Shuttle service was easy to access and the driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage. The room accommodation was comfortable. At first, it did not appear we could fit our 6 suitcases in the room but having the underbed storage was smart. It unfortunately sacrifices the bed comfort. Mattress was a bit too stiff. Bathroom was pretty awesome, very reminiscent of a cruise ship...

"It was just ok. Looks like an inexpensive stay if you are heading to Disneyland. Front desk staff can’t communicate in simple English. We arrived very early due to international flight and offered to pay an extra night to get a room but they only offered to maybe take us in at noon and pay around $50 to check in early. Also surprised by super early check out 10am "

"Everything was perfectly adequate. Staff was nice. Towels were provided daily. Didn’t use the hotel facilities much. The area was good, with a bus stop and metro station nearby. "

"Very clean, staff brought fresh towls and bathroom supplies more offten than needed. Train station super close. Shopping area cloae by as well. Much kess crowded than other areas but can also come across as a bit unnerving at night"
