Tiny little boutique Hotel only stayed one night so we could catch the ferry to Belize. But there are good restaurants within walking distance, the staff was so nice and welcoming, the room was perfect, and it was worth what we paid. We would definitely stay here again for a longer amount of time to explore the whole area.

On arrival at ALA Residences, we decided to upgrade ourselves to one of the loft suites (with kitchen, etc) and we couldn’t have been happier - spacious, great facilities, excellent WiFi and TV, comfortable, etc, etc. Great staff too. Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern.

Lovely place, we in their private two bedroom home-style rental, a few blocks from the main Ala Residencias building. Property was lovely, sort of a little oasis in town with private parking, a large lawn area, walkway, small plunge pool, two beds, one in the open floorplan studio style area that included the kitchen and living area. The second bed is in a smaller private bedroom. Lovely glass doors looking out onto the lawn area.. we enjoyed our stay here and will be back again.
