「Booked several months ago, but was at first told "There is no booking" then later told that it had been cancelled -which we had NOT done. We had no email saying it was cancelled rather we had a confirmation on 13/3 plus our profile still had it listed as a live booking. Still trying to solve this mystery…. As the hotel was full, we had to go to another hotel for the first night and it was at more than twice the price of our Boundary booking for 2 nights. All praise to Matt the duty Manager...

「A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era).
