"It was a nice room. I thought I booked a canal view but it was street view. The room had some smell once I got inside. But then after I kept the balcony door open for a bit, it was gone and no more smell in the evening. The location is very central. So, I didn’t use any means of transportation, as I walked everywhere. They offer free tea/coffee at the dining area on the GF level. It’s a small boutique hotel. There’s no lift, so, accessibility may be an issue. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"Lovely Hotel on the edge of the lake, very polite staff who even let me try my French. Room was large and comfortable, and bed was also comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and readily available. The food was very good, and substantial. it would have been helpful to have a larger range of smaller snacks at the bar"
