With accommodations for 12, including a separate apartment, your group will be perfectly situated and endlessly entertained by the imaginative features of this home. The well-appointed open kitchen area includes a table for six as well as additional seating for six at the extended island.
In the main house, a primary king is tastefully decorated with industrial finishes and a small electric fireplace to add ambiance. The ensuite bath delights with an alluring soaking tub and separate shower with a rainshower feature. A bunk room with 4 twin XLs and an additional king share a hall bath with tub/shower combo.
The separate apartment also features purposeful design and rustic, industrial decor, creating a cozy hideaway for guests. It features a lofted queen, separate bathroom with shower and a compact but well-designed kitchen. It's like your own tiny house! Below the apartment, there is a king ensuite with half-bath, including an outdoor shower overlooking the pool area.
The outdoor amenities are what truly sets Nancy Key apart. A jaw-dropping naturescaped pool overlooks the lake from beneath palm and banana trees. It features a fantastic waterfall reminiscent of something you'd find on a remote island. Beyond the pool there is a sprawling yard, fire pit area and private dock for you to take advantage of during your stay.
And, don't forget about the wine cave! Tucked away under the main house, it includes a bar area with ambient lighting, comfortable seating and a TV. You won't run out of things to do or unique features to discover at Nancy Key!

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The wood stove in this home is not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
**This pool is NOT heated. Pool will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
