Summary:
Enjoy the modern design and space of this adorable townhouse in a beautiful and peaceful community. The house is very spacious with big bedrooms and perfect to sleep 6 guests comfortably. Whether you're in charlotte to explore our beautiful city, enjoy a concert, or on a business trip, this house is all what you're looking for at a very affordable price. Location cannot get any better in the booming town of Harrisburg, 10 min from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, 20 minutes from Uptown. 25 minutes from Airport.

The Space:
Our two-story home features a lively living area with an entertaining living room and formal dining area connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The house also includes an office space with a desktop included for guests to use. Upstairs you will find an extra living space in the loft with comfy sofas, a large coffee table and a TV for movie nights. All 3 bedrooms are also located on the second floor. Master bedroom includes a king bed with an attached master bathroom. The additional bedrooms include queen beds in each and share a full bathroom in the hallway. Laundry room is on second floor as well. This is a new listing with few reviews, but I am a super host for 8 years with over 3,000 reviews, so don't hesitate to book :) Finally, pets are unfortunately not allowed, please don't book if you're bringing your pet along. Thanks

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very safe and quite. It is a community of new builders homes around. Chick fila and Dunkin Donut are located at the entry of the community. Please be thoughtful and courteous to the neighbors :)

Other Things to Note:
Please park your first 2 cars inside the garage. Additional 2 cars on the driveway. 1 car on the street. Max of 5 cars are allowed.

Great location, great potential
In Harrisburg for a family wedding, we found this property to be convenient and fairly comfortable for our multi generational family needs. It was a stone's throw from I-485, very convenient for travel around the area. The townhouse was quiet, we didn't hear neighbors nor much outside noise. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory, but a deep clean of carpets, inside bathroom drawers, counter tops would be beneficial. The king mattress was very comfortable, but both queen frames made noise which was distracting when trying to sleep. Most basic kitchen items were available, although some have seen better days and could use to be replaced. If TVs and bedside lamps are important to your stay, I'd suggest contacting the owner prior to your stay to confirm current setups, as one of the queen rooms had no tv (it was in the closet) and no bedside lamp as pictured. Also, the Keurig machine has been recently replaced by a drip coffee maker. Overall this property served our purpose, has great potential and was better than staying in a hotel.

Concert
Stayed here with friends to attend a concert. Great location, was able to easily get a Lyft to the venue & Uber back and order late night food delivery. The property was very well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Decent place to stay
Very nice townhome but not family friendly. No seating on back deck, living furniture a bit too modern, too low for my husband with two hip replacements, no lamps in Master and only one night stand, tv in spare bedroom didn't work properly...remote only turned on/off. The carpet needs to be cleaned. I also didnt agree with having the guest load and turn on the washing machine and dishwasher. If someone doesn't understand the appliances it could cause a problem. However the home itself was very nice.

Christmas Family Dinner
We traveled from Baltimore to NC to spend Christmas with our daughter! The house was beautiful and spacious! Very clean and fully stocked. We were beyond pleased and the neighborhood was great!! We look forward staying again!
