"This home was everything we wanted it to be. It was private clean and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and had lots of space. The house has everything you will need for a lively stay including a lovely welcome pack which is appriecated at a long journey. The home has info in the local area and the garden is amazing the children just loved the garden spent hours playing in it didnt want to go out. "Great communication, very comfortable. We loved walking around the Ballyhoura mountains. Very convenient location for us, as we had to be in Limerick one day and Cork the next. Would happily stay again. Definitely go to the Aldi or another big supermarket before arriving to town—there’s only a small grocery store in town. "

"Fannisgstown House was perfect for our family of 7 when visiting the beautiful country of Ireland. Each couple and teenager had their own bathroom which everyone appreciated tremendously! Angela responded to any and all questions immediately and was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the house tremendously and still had time to drive out every day to tour sites that were within short driving distances. A terrific experience and terrific house!"

"Lovely place to stay but the place is looking a bit tired. Had problems with the hot water not working to start off with. Lacking the basic welcome items ie said there would be milk coffee and tea etc. No milk no coffee just tea. Instruction of how to get there very in accurate but lucky a very friendly local showed us where we had to go. But we did enjoy our stay very much"

"It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great."
