"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again....

"Ideal studio for Falmouth area to explore local hiking trails and beaches. Great location for Shining Sea bike path or day trip to the islands. We were greeted with a vase of fresh flowers.
