Immerse yourself in the local energy of Ajijic centro! This home is on the 2nd floor and within walking distance from the main street, plaza & lake. Enjoy the rooftop patio with lake views. The house features an open dining room, a bar, plus the kitchen & bathroom were recently upgraded with traditional tile to enhance the local experience. Plus, a living room with a smart TV and wifi. There are two spacious bedrooms with king beds and closets, a bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer.

¡Quédate en el centro de Ajijic y vive como un local! Esta casa está en el segundo piso y a poca distancia a pie de la calle principal, la plaza, la iglesia, y el malecón. Our host was exceptionally accommodating, taking the time to patiently address each of our inquiries with care and thoroughness. We truly appreciated this open communication, which made us feel at ease reaching out for assistance. The spirit and rhythm of Mexico
This property is right in the middle of Ajijic. Short walks for shopping of any kind, plenty of restaurants and a few blocks from the lake. The apartment is not fancy, as the price might indicate, but is clean and comfortable. Arturo is a very accommodating host. Staying in this apartment lets you feel and experience the true energy of this beautiful country.
