"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

"The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "

"We are in our 60’s so was looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, which we got especially with the swimming pool but unfortunately the weather was not great, which no one can control. It is comfortable but it was only the 2 of us. Chantal is very helpful and friendly and everything you need for your stay. Although her house is opposite the cottage she gives you your privacy. "

"The photos of the property do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We had a really wonderful stay here, Phillip was very attentive and informative. "From the initial communication with the owner to our departure after two weeks of relaxation everything was ideal. "Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. We want to come back during the summer to do the zip lining and other activities in the warmer weather. I wish there was more food options. It was also nice to have the wifi in the lounge area by the pool. We loved walking around and seeing the different accommodations."

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."

"We have just spent a wonderful fourteen days staying in this impressive place. It was clean, very well equipped and fit for purpose. The courtyard with covered dining area and “plancha grill” for outdoor cooking were a great bonus. An impressive garden and plunge pool was also most appreciated. The host, Jo, was available personally or by phone to answer any questions. Her advice and guidance on local events and places to visit was invaluable. We look forward to returning soon. Ian."

"This property should not be on vrbo site or advertised hosts were very pleasant on the phone as we were arriving late evening , very hard to find the property no number on the gate description is totally wrong near park and shops it was more like on an industrial site , eventually got into the property and was very very disappointed cleanliness was awful there was no lounge to sit and relax just two bedrooms , the bedding was appalling and was certainly not up to standard then to top it all...
