Ski-In/Ski-Out Southwind Community Condo at 7 Springs Resort

Upon entry, you'll feel the total welcoming ambiance of this magnificent home-away-from-home that somehow blends beautiful modern luxury with enduring authentic rustic charm! The panoramic views are breathtaking both inside and out! Step out onto the multiple decks where you can see the slopes in the winter and nature's foliage the rest of the year.



We offer a contactless entry through a keypad door lock and security system.



The neighborhood is simply breathtaking! You are right on the mountain with access to all types of winter and summer activities.


Guest will be able to access all spaces, except for you 1 locked owner/supply closet.

Check in time is at 4PM

Check out time is 10AM

Early check in and Late check out requests are possible depending on our cleaner's approval and with a fee. Please make sure to reach out to us atleast a day prior to arrival and departure.

Guests will enter on the 2nd floor, which is the main floor and features 1 powder room, the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off of the living room is the deck where the grill can be found.

In the basement/game room, guests will find 4 full beds in the bunkbed sets, in addition to a queen-sized pull out sofa in the main part of the basement. There is a bathroom featuring a shower, plenty of space for activity, in addition to a fooseball table and backdoor access to nearby ski trails.

The top floor features a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary features not only a king bed, but a twin bed with a twin pull-out trundle, and a private deck.

The 1st guest bedroom sleeps 2 on a queen, and shares the second bathroom with the 3rd guest bedroom, which also features a queen in addition to a twin bed with a pull-out trundle.

Parking enough for 1 vehicle inside garage and 1 vehicle in driveway. There is limited overflow parking in the cul-de-sac in which the unit is situated. A large overflow lot is accessible to guests just across from the entry gates to the community. Please note that street parking and/or parking in neighbors' drivways or property is strictly prohibited by the HOA and violators will be fined accordingly. Violators may also be at risk of towing.
