"Stayed for two nights. We were allowed to check in early and chose where we wanted our room. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. The shower products smelt amazing. The location was excellent. We stayed due to an event at the royal Albert hall and it took us a 10 minute walk and tubes were easy to use with no fuss. A really enjoyable visit and would definitely return."

"Well fiittted out room with several eco-features that were a bonus. Telephone staff were very good and helpful. Room a little small but that's central London. Only small issues was signs to room were a bit confusing and very noisy, repeated door slamming from 5am. Generally, high recommendation. Nb. Walking takes quite a while as between 2 areas. "
