"The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay."

"Conveniently very close to the railway station and within 5 minutes of the middle of the town centre. The bicycle parking facility was helpful in my case. The room was basic but had everything I needed. My only slight issue was the TV not working and no facilities to make any drinks in the room.
