「We enjoyed this small cabin, it was perfect for 2 or 4 people. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading. Pam couldn't have been any nicer. We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious.」

「The property was clean and inviting. It had all the amenities of a high priced hotel. All the necessary items were there plus a few that we did not expect. Well worth the cost and a nice few of the wildlife in the evenings.」

「We really enjoyed the house and location. It was well maintained, clean, and in a really nice area. We have family nearby and the location made visiting Pickens, Helvetia, and Hacker Valley easy as convenient as can be for this part of Randolph County.」

「Property was exactly as advertised, great location to everything in the New River Gorge area. Perfect get-a-way for a week or long weekend. 」

「This cottage was perfect for the intended purpose of getting away and still being close to town if we needed to run out and get back quickly. Parking area is small so if you have a large truck it will be a tight fit. 」

「We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there...

「True to the name, a beautiful mountain top view. Cottage was clean, well kept and cozy. The jetted tub was a lovely surprise!! It snowed making the stay even more wonderful. God is good all the time!!」
