The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. "

"The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building.
