"I am an older adult with arthritis in my knees which made it very difficult and painful to go up and down the stairs. My room was on the 2nd floor. I appreciate the staff for helping to take my luggage up and down the stairs. Another issue is that one of the door key did not work which caused some inconvenience for the 2nd guest"

"The check-in to the hotel was quick and easy. We first had some questions regarding the room but they were quickly answered by the staff. Later that night, after we returned from dining out, we discovered that the window in our bedroom seemed be drafty. This required us to increased the room temperature to try to compensate. My wife also used an additional duvet to help stay warm at night. We did mention it to the front desk staff when we checked out and they thanks us for letting them know and...
