"The hotel staff was wonderful, the room was cleaned, a little dinged up and some repairs could be done. The breakfast was great and I appreciated the upgrade! The not so good was the floor in our room was soaked I assume from snow, so our socks and slippers got wet which made it a little uncomfortable to get up and walk around. "
