The location was convenient to drive to the mountains for snow activities and for Golden and Denver. The host was knowledgeable and respectful. Really enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved the house. Anne and Emily were great communicators, friendly and helpful, and the house was perfect - we both had our own bedroom and bathroom, we loved the fireplace, and we would have used the back deck if it had been warmer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a quick walk to downtown and a hiking/bike path. We'd never been to the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and it was just a short drive to get there. Highly recommend both the hot springs and the house.」
