"We loved the location, easy walking distance to Rainey St., Downtown, South Congress, and more. Ubers were quick for pickup as well. We had so much space for our group with the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. Our only suggestion is for some hooks for towels near the shower and elsewhere for hanging towels to dry.,Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Austin!"

"Attended annual Junior League Christmas Affair. Dined at Roaring Fork! Danced at the locals Don’s Depot. Top evening off in the Penthouse Suite with wine and Incredible night skyline views! "This is probably the best property I've stayed at in Austin, and I've stayed in about a dozen Central Texas properties. Incredibly eccentric in a good way! The owner is an incredible artist and you are reminded of his talent in every room, with finished pieces or paintings that are works in progress. And the the backyard has had some serious love poured into it, with a heavily Japanese design influence pervasive through the structures, Zen gardens, standalone tea room, and multiple areas lounge...

Charming if you like an antique vibe and are okay with what that means (we didn’t super dig some of the house’s peculiarities but others might not care). "Location was great to reach out the major attractions in Austin. Dishes and utensils were not enough for the family of 10 and wasnt in good shape. Overall, recommended for a normal stay during Austin visit."
