"Nice property! Our room faces the highway on the 10th floor but the noise didn’t bother - fairly sound proof glass. The whole hotel feels new and stylish. Good location on Rainey street. Great service overall especially Joshua the valet- awesome guy that was more like a concierge in how helpful he was in making recommendations. However there was one woman (a black gal) who worked in the restaurant and bar area that was totally rude - in contrast to every other service person we encountered. She was really condescending, unfriendly, and unhelpful. This was the only exception in a place where everyone gave top service. "

"The location is great, walkable but not too close as 6th street can get really load and rowdy. The bed was comfy and the rooms were spacious. But the AC was pretty load and 76° is also quite warm for Texas. They indeed have the smallest pool in Austin. Breakfast buffet looked great and the cocktails at the bar were good. Valet worked fine too. "

"The stay was great! The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. There is quite a bit of night life around the hotel and you could hear loud music near by. A sound machine was in the room and that did help to drown out the noise. We slept well. Mentioning it for those that may not like that. We enjoyed what they offered for breakfast. Parking was a.bit of a challenge. Once we figured it out we were good to go. Perfect location to where we were going. Overall an enjoyable stay."
