"High quality finishings in the room and hotel. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities. Our room was fairly quiet, however if you are a light sleeper and there will be parties or events going on at the hotel, consider requesting a room on one of the mid or high level floors. There was a xmas party going on Friday night and we could hear the music in our room on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again, though. Very beautiful and convenient location with lots of history!"

"Fantastic stay at this hotel. I appreciated how clean it was. When we entered our room, immediately, it smelt really clean! Staff was very friendly as well. The only thing that I would change is that the air vent (heating) made quite a loud sound in room 725. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was quiet and well-maintained. The breakfast was solid with good options, though check the baked goods; some were shockingly stale. The pool and hot tub were essential to warming up after the shock of Alberta's cold. Our only disappointment was the room that was advertised as having Queen beds only had doubles. "
