"Upon our arrival we were greeted by the most amazing landscape views of the valley, and by our excellent host/owner Stefania. It was very obvious that she took great pride in her home and landscaping. Stefania was attentive to our requests and went out of her way to ensure that our group was comfortable and satisfied. We were a group of 12 and had more than ample space within in the home...the rooms were quite spacious and clean. The location of the home is perfect if you'd like to use the home...

"Wir hatten schöne sechs Tage auf diesem Anwesen. Von hier kam man gut u.a. Siena, Volterra und Florenz besuchen. Bei der Anfahrt muss man zweieinhalb Kilometer Schotterweg zurücklegen. Bzgl. Abends draußen Sitzen sollte man die hohe Zahl an Mücken berücksichtigen und entsprechende Gegenmaßnahmen treffen."

"Nous sommes arrivés chez notre hôte Giovanni après avoir passé 3 jours assez bruyants à Florence. Nous avons apprécié le calme apaisant de l'environnement. Le logement est spacieux et agréable et bénéficie d'une terrasse ombragée. Une grande piscine permet de se rafraîchir tout au long de la journée et un espace dédié pour chaque logement est à disposition avec transats, chaises et petite table. L'emplacement du logement nous a permis de visiter SIENA, S Notre hôte, Giovanni, est très disponible...

The home was very well equipped with all kitchen items necessary to prepare meals. AC was not available, but was not necessary, however fans were available. One of the best things about Podere Monti is the location. So many of the beautiful hill towns are within short distances of the farm. Federica’s book provides much information about the area.
