Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. "This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. "Villa was centrally located in the Veneto region, which was ideal for visiting our relatives. The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises.
