"I had the best stay at Galata Nordstern! The room was comfortable, though it could use a little update—some fittings in the bathroom were a bit worn, like the broken toilet seat and towel bar. "The most beautiful hotel in Istanbul. We got the suite with water views and it was well worth it. The room was very big with panoramic windows overlooking the water. There was a big balcony. "Really beautiful stay . We extended several times. The hotel itself is very new and grand . The spa and gym is brand new , a massive space , very high tech . The staff are so helpful and assisted with booking beautiful surprise valentines reservation for me . It has exceptional selection of coffee / cafe / restaurants ect downstairs . "The staff were amazing at the hotel. It is a smaller boutique hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but the location and staff make up for it. Breakfast could be improved. Options were a bit limited and very limited meat options (I only saw deli meat). The pancakes were very cold and hard. Need a variety and change of menu daily. "

"The property itself was so well kept, the rooms were very really clean. Me & my mum both felt safe, everyone who worked there was wonderful, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely & fresh, everything was made as we ordered and the rooftop area had a great view of Istanbul. The location was also really good, a few minutes walk to İstiklal. Esmanur who worked at the reception was exceptionally welcoming & kind. We would definitely recommended this hotel. "

"The hotel is a beautiful boutique-style place with nice furnishings in both public rooms and bedroom too. Staff went out of their way to help. My partner's birthday fell during our stay and in the evening, there was a "Happy Birthday" cake on the desk in the bedroom. You can't get better than that - very kind!"
