"The hotel is beautiful! On the river with the gurgle sound of the river to fall asleep to. Ana, who checked us in, was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine. So welcoming and kind. She also made the food for the breakfast banquet that is offered ! Trust me, you don’t want to miss that!"

"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again."

"Lovely quiet room. City view room was not of the city- faced a block wall! Asked Robin ( reception) for alternative - very unhelpful and rude. Didn’t tell us details of spa /hotel etc when we checked in. Told us to come back at 3pm only to discover our bags had not been put inside luggage room - had been left outside the door unattended and also no room change requested! Robin was going off shift at 3! Hotel very nice, good location. "

"We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean."

Amazing location in the old town and seconds/minutes to bars, restaurants and key sites. I had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. "
