Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend. Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use."

"Great staff, breakfast. Close to mall, nice seating around the pool.Wifi inconsistent. Elevator got stuck on floor 0 multiple times. Many extended day tour groups start from here. Overall a good property. We extended our stay at end of tour."
