"Came with my mother in law for family days. My daughter is at Ithaca College. We had a great stay even though my daughter & I both had colds. The thoughtfulness of our host made our stay out of this world! We were able to make a homemade dinner for my daughter & a classmate. It's close enough to town but far enough to feel peaceful. "We stayed one night to visit our son at Cornell, and for my 11 year-old daughter's lacrosse tournament at Ithaca HS. My elderly parents came with us. The location was beautiful and only 6 miles from downtown Ithaca. Much more cost-effective than a hotel, very clean and also just minutes from Taughannock Falls for a quick visit. Perfect! Highly recommend!"

"Was looking for a little spot to stay a couple nights while in town for a wedding. A cozy and clean space with standard amenities - a little 1b apartment. The only reason I left a 4 star for accuracy was that the photos on the listing don't quite match the property. I think there may be multiple rooms but the room in which we stayed didn't match the listing pic, so it wasn't what we were "expecting". At the same time, it was close enough and we enjoyed our stay!
