"The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful."

"Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"A fabulous, family-run boutique hotel in an amazing location in the centre of old town Baden-Baden. The rooms are nice and the breakfast room is stellar with lovely decor and an excellent breakfast including homemade pots of chia with almond milk and platters of tropical fruit. Plus a barista with made-to-order coffee drinks. I wish I had stayed longer and will definitely come back to this hotel and to Baden-Baden"

"We had a four night stay at the Mercury and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The team on Reception were so helpful and friendly - going ‘above and beyond’ to help us. "I recently stayed in room 11 with my 2 teenagers: a queen bed, facing a small kitchenette with a bathroom beyond that and another bed in a loft accessible by a ladder. The loft aspect wasn't clear in the description but was a nice surprise for my 19 yo who was craving a little privacy. However had that been the only bed available to me, I would have struggled with the ladder.
