"Makes sure to arrive before 5pm when office open. Says 6pm on paperwork. No map to show how to get to back of building especially when dark and raining. 2 bedroom unit spacious with good views in distances. Nice restaurant next door. Walking distance to park and river. Air conditioning a little temperamental. Friendly receptionist"

"Spacious, clean and impressively maintained apartment. Good kitchen with plenty of appropriate crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. The view is amazing. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to shops and beach. A bit of a task to carry belongings up the stairs. We have no hesitation in recommending. "

"Hard to check in, property manager didn’t supply check in details ,had to chase them up for 3 hours after check in time, property is ground floor with no privacy ,balcony and only window for living area is at main door for unit complex .Noisey with people walking past bedroom windows that look over the entry hall ,all times of night.The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. There was no soap for showers. Unit was clean and centrally located to town. Thats why I give it an average review"

"Louella and Tony have created a relaxing, peaceful retreat at the top of the hill just south of Yeppoon central. It was clean, quiet, and we enjoyed the views from the back deck and the afternoon breezes as they came in. We have stayed in many hosted accommodations and this is one of the best. Despite being downstairs, we didn’t hear foot traffic upstairs. The neighbourhood is quiet too, just what we were after. And the most amazing lagoon is now part of the Yeppoon foreshore and my partner...

"The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues."

"Great space for family of 5 but needs some TLC.... blinds broken or missing, entrance to front door overgrown and no shelter, which made our departure in torrential rain quite difficult as the carport was not near our room. Foldout bed for 5th person was located in the foyer with no fan or aircon so we had to use the lounge upstairs. Right on the beach though which the kids loved."

"This unit is decent but not stunning. It was quite unclean when we arrived, you can't park outside the unit, as it would block others and our ute didn't fit in carport. The pictures indicate the beach is right out back, which it's not and can't be seen or appreciated unless you take the 5min walk and it is lovely. If you have any mobility issues, you won't be able to get into the spa/bath/shower as it's so high and there's no step. The bedroom AC cycled on and off all night every minute which...
