A modern and high quality furnished house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on approximately 350qm2 living / usable area awaits you here. Located in a mature neighborhood for relaxed recreation. Living and kitchen areas are tiled and in the bedrooms you will find pleasant wooden floors. A pool provides fresh cooling and a Jacuzzi to relax and unwind. A spacious sitting area right on the water invites you to linger, small fish, turtles and otters are here at home. Due to the south-facing position of the house you can enjoy the sun in the deck chair all day long. Shops are nearby. Read a book in a deck chair by the water, watch turtles and fish. A little disappointed
House was beautiful. Nice pool and hot tub but the jets did not work the entire time. They were broken. The biggest issues were the roaches. I understand it's Florida but seeing 17 of them in a 9 day period was a little ridiculous. Never had that problem before in all the other houses we stayed in.

Easy check in, clean, location was perfect we will definitely be back!! Was perfect for our 6 and 9 yr old. Waa able to fish right off the dock area into the canal. The pool was great too!! Close enough to everything but still set off enough to be quiet and peaceful!!

Lovely home
Great to be able to regulate the pool and hot tub heat. The electric surcharge was minimal, so enjoy ! The neighbor, Dan, helped us put the kayaks in the canal via his lift. Thanks Dan! Bikes and kayaks at this home made it a great place to stay, play and relax! Thanks to the owner and management company!

Property was clean and comfortable. Older home needing some updating. Never used the pool but spa warmed up great. Bedding, towels and pots and pan needs to be updated/replaced. Guest bathtub needs a new shower liner and some cleaning up. Enjoyed my visit.

Overall nice place to stay.
We just stayed for a week. The view of the canal is lovely. We saw turtles and fish in the canal. The pool was warm and refreshing. We were in it everyday. The hot tub and I didn’t get along. I could not use it. The kitchen has a nice supply of dishes, utensils, spices, etc. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very convenient. The house is very roomy and pretty clean but the bathtub either needs to be replaced or coated. Whatever it is doesn’t come off but looks icky. The rug in the livingroom needs to be thrown out and replaced. It’s filthy and full of stains. Overall it was a very nice stay but a few cruddy things can really be a turnoff.

The home was very nice but was in need of some serious cleaning. Especially during Covid, I didn't expect to find very sticky (grimy) kitchen cabinets. The handles on the pantry doors were black from dirt. I had to clean the area before using it. The outdoor area is in serious need of power washing. And the biggest concern was all the chipped dinnerware. All the plates and bowls are chipped. Maybe replace with plastic so the renter doesn't have possibility in eating glass. Overall the home could be a great rental if a few cautionary steps are taken.

Nice for an isolated get-away.
We stayed here over the week of Christmas. The temps were cooler outside some of the days so we utilized the pool/spa heater- we ended up going $65 over the electric budget which isn't bad compared to other places that charge a flat fee for pool heating. Our kids loved the pool. The house has a nice view of the canal out the windows. It was clean and had some basic food supplies. The house is very spacious with a lot of room. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house than the other two rooms which was nice to have some privacy from the kids. The neighborhood is not a touristy neighborhood. If you are looking to do tourist things then you will have to drive a bit. We enjoyed it not being touristy as it was way less busy. The house has a book of beach recommendation which were really helpful as well!

Absolutely what i needed, clean quiet open concept bright and cheery. Close enough to all the beaches and return home to rest to go out in the evening for the beautiful Florida sunsets. Annies for breakfast is a must good food and the best wait staff.

Family Trip
We had a great time. Absolutely great vacation home. We had family from Fort Myers come visit and everybody had a great time. Plenty of room to entertain. Very peaceful. The canal in the back is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were entirely happy with the entire property and its amenities. We all had a blast! Definitely will stay again and recommend to anybody I know that's going to the area

Perfect stay
This being our first time renting a home or using VRBO and everything lived up to our expectations. Property (inside and out) was exactly as pictured on the site and as indicated in the write up. LOVED the place and we were already talking about our next year trip - and most likely, will be back here (if available). Location was perfect to many of our favorite places. The pool was a wonderful delight, since the weather was in the mid 90's everyday - so yes, the pool was used daily.

Ein wirklich wunderbares Haus
Wir waren als 3-köpfige Familie 15 Nächte vor Ort. Es ist ein wunderbares Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Pool, Innenräume waren toll. Wir würden gern wieder hin und möchten dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten müssten langsam erneuert werden. Aber da konnten wir drüber hinweg sehen.

Gelungener Urlaub
Schönes sauberes Haus. Mit fast allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Schöner Pool. Ruhige Nachbarschaft bis auf die zwei kleinen Hunde auf der anderen Kanalseite. Die haben leider dauernd gekläfft wenn sie irgendein Geräusch gehört haben. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Vor allem wenn man nicht unbedingt auf Burger und Co steht. Netter Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung. Das WLAN hat am ersten Tag leider nicht funktioniert. Da mein Mann aber auch im Urlaub arbeiten musste war er zwingend darauf angewiesen. Die Hausverwaltung hat sich darum gekümmert und am nächsten Tag einen neuen Router vorbei gebracht. Leider ist keiner zum vereinbarten Termin für die Endabnahme erschienen so das wir jetzt darauf vertrauen müssen das alles zu deren Zufriedenheit von uns hinterlassen wurde. Fazit es war ein rundum toller Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool
Haus genauso wie abgebildet. Tolles Haus und schöner Pool mit Whirlpool. Es war alles da, sogar ein Kinderbuggy und Sonnenschirm.Lage an sich super da man schnell auf der Hauptstrasse ist, bedeutet aber auch, dass man draussen je nach Verkehrslage den Verkehr gut hört. Hat uns weniger gestört. Kontakt mit der Agentur war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Kleine Probleme oder Fragestellungen wurden schnell gelöst und geklärt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Haus.
