Lovely well-equipped condo
We are surprised and grateful at how so much was provided. We have stayed at other properties where we had to buy and bring everything from dish towels and coffee cups/silverware to tp and condiments. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed including 2 coffee pots. Our unit on 3rd floor overlooked the pool and had ocean views. It was clean, the beds were the more comfirtable than my bed at home. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool.Washer dryer didnt match the online pic and were a little slow and wonky but hey, we had them ! Patio screen door was off the track but we left the sliding door open all the time anyway (no bugs in March). Highly recommend and price was excellent compared to many others we looked at. 5 stars !

Everything was great. Condo was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach was perfect and we loved the pool. Covered parking was very helpful with the Florida heat. We will be returning!

Excellent location but changes need to be made
The condo itself is in a great location to the beach. It even has a covered car port type spot. Pretty much anything you need they have. The washer in the unit is very small and the dryer is ventless so if you want to dry anything it will take a while. Unfortunately the key is at an off site location. When we arrived we miss read the email and went straight to the building thinking the key was there. Our fault there. The key was supposed to be in a lock box behind a tiki and labeled outside the “office” door. It was a very odd location to pick up keys. The key was not in the lock box we were directed to use via email. In fact, it was unlocked and completely empty with a sun faded label. We get another box open and there were keys inside, but the keys are not labeled. So we had no idea if the keys were the ones that we needed. A gentleman who was next door checks and says they are for the building we need but unsure if it is the right one. We call the main company line to get some help, but she couldn’t reach anyone, and were of no help. A lady inside texted two of her bosses (thank goodness for her) and one finally responded those were the keys. Invest in keyless entry or have the key on site. Mold was on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Sand was on the table when we arrived. The spare bathroom had pealing paint on the ceiling as well. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was keyless and the mold taken care of.

We had a little glitch getting the key but, it was easily solved. Unit was clean...just needs a little deep cleaning. Great condo, loved the location and would stay here again. They provided more than everything needed for a great stay. Thank you.

Wonderful location
We enjoyed our week and loved this property!! Just days before we arrived, the owners decided to have a management company take over and it was a great experience. The management company was very prompt with any questions we had. We noticed right away the beach umbrella wasn’t in working condition and they brought us a new one the next day! The beach was so close and not busy at all. The pool was cleaned each morning and the facility was always taken care of. The condo itself was comfortable and had all the extras you would want. One suggestion would be more beach style chairs, rather than lawn chairs in a bag. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect views of the ocean
Canaveral Towers is well kept & super clean! Our condo was exactly as listed. The owner met with us, explained we had to use a key to access everything, elevator, pool etc. The owners had everything there to make our stay perfect! The maater's king bed was very comfortable. We had with amble space for our clothes. Well stocked kitchen & baths and beach items too

Fantastic Stay: Great Property & Great Hosts
This property is fantastic. It was well described, in great condition and in a great location. Everything was very clean. The views are fantastic. We were able to watch a rocket launch from on of the upper floors! The pool is big and the beach area was never too full or overcrowded. The pier is within walking distance on the beach. The construction mentioned in the previous reviews is finished. The entire complex is nice and updated. The hosts were great. We were provided a high chair, stroller and pack and play. There were a lot of board games, beach toys, and chairs in the closet. Communication was excellent. This is a great place to stay for families with children.

Space paradise
The property was beautiful, in a good location, and in a good area. It was close to everything, but still peaceful to sit outside at night and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The condo itself was clean, warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

This condo is the perfect location for the area. Lots to do and see. Right on beach. Only downside was lots and lots of construction going on. Workers everywhere and messy halls and elevators. Once that is finished, I would give a 10 for this unit. We would definitely stay here again. Weather perfect this time of year.

A beach with no driving
Love the location and close to the port for restaurants and grocery stores also within 5 miles. Love the pool since it is large and stays sunny most of the day. Really love that you must have a key to go up in the elevator or stairwell which makes over safe

Great Place!
This is a great place to stay for a trip to the beach! We took our granddaughter to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. The owners had plenty of extras on hand for you to use, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. so you didn't need to run to the grocery store but if it was necessary it was a quick mile down the road. There is construction going on around the complex but they didn't start until 8am and they knock off at 4pm so it wasn't too bad. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cocoa Beach. Great last minute stay!
The owners were very flexible and helpful. They were also very quick with response when I sent messages asking about the condo. It was a beautiful place, great view of the pool and ocean. Wish we could of stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Great location and amenities!
We really enjoyed this property! It’s in a great location (close to grocery, dining, etc) and provides great beach access. The unit itself had everything we needed - from beach towels, toys, chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Great “home-away-from-home” for our family vacation!

Wonderful, comfortable feeling condo.
Smaller kitchen but every other room was so spacious! Large dining table accommodated all 5 of us. This condo also was so clean and had everything! beautiful views from the balcony that overlooks the beach down to the pier, plus looks over the large pool. We stay in this area numerous times a year and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. We will be back!

Awesome unit, building, and hosts.
Erhard and Elisa are great hosts and you can expect a very nice two bedroom condo, with great views of the ocean and in great condition. A bonus was on the night of check-in we got to see a Space X launch from the bulding’s balcony. What a treat! I would absolutely rent from them again if I am in the area. For us the location of the building was perfect. It was very central and close to several great restaurants, the Kennedy Space Center and supermarkets. Place was spotless upon check in. Communication prior and during the stay were excellent. Bed linens were likely as nice as any comparable hotel in the area. Wifi was excellent. My 8 year loved the pool which was very big and easy to get a chair. No shade though. The beach was super accessible. The hosts provided all towels and even a raft for the pool.

Amazing stay!!
We had such a wonderful time at Erhard and Elisa's condo during my husband's business trip to KSC. Erhard and Elisa were an absolute pleasure to work with and so very helpful with all of our questions, as we were also traveling with our 16 month old son. The condo is exactly as pictured and the in-unit laundry was a GODSEND for this Mommy! We were able to enjoy the beach and pool, as well as the almost daily cruise ship sailings. We also had some GREAT food (Vargas Cafe for cubanos, Thai Thai, Mexico's Grill for Taco Tuesday and Pavarotti's Pizza, and Florida's Fresh Grill)! Thank you again for everything!!

Great place!!
This property is terrific. Just pack a small suit case and prepare to relax. No need to rush to the Supermarket, it is well stocked and beautifully maintained. Would not hesitate to return.

Great place!
This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach, great swimming pool and very low key place. Best of all, the owners are former/fellow Nebraskans - go Huskers! The condo is equipped with everything you need. The view is great, the comple is secure and we'd stay here again! If you're looking for a great place to stay that close to the beach and relaxing, then this is the place!
