"This villa is wonderful and perfect. This was our second stay and want to return soon. The villa is very clean, comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and the seating and relaxation areas are perfect. The pool is a great size. Each time we have visited we have paid for pool heating and it was very much worth it. The villa host John is very friendly and professional, all communication with him was excellent. The villa has space to park you car, has locked gates and we always feel secure. The kitchen has everything you need and a great fridge. We love this place perfect for our family, just a 5 minute drive to Javea beach and all local amenities. Perfection, we look forward to returning."

"It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. There is a good welcome book with a lot of information."

"Where do I start? This property was what we had hoped for and more. This was our third family holiday to spain travelling with our 6 and 9 year old and the property was just perfect. A 5 minute walk from the local shop and bakery and bar and a short drive away from the beautiful Arenal beach. The property itself is located a 5 minute drive from the local beach and the roof terrace is just breathtaking, with almost panoramic sea views. The property has several outdoor seating areas, which was very convenient for sunning by the pool, watching the children play football on the gym/ green area to the side of the house and a beautiful large outdoor seated area, which we were able to enjoy a lovely family barbecue. The inside of the property delivered the same choice of space. The decor was stunning and the rooms were light and airy and the beds were so comfortable. This villa really has it all and more. Jen the host was so helpful during our stay and even after a rocky start to the holiday (where our car broke down) Jen kept in close contact offering to help in any way she could. This property came with an abundance of toys, games and we were so lucky with the beautiful weather our children spent most of the time in the pool snorkelling and playing outside. If you’re looking for a versatile, beautifully decorated villa which has it all look no further! Thank you again to Jen and her family and we can’t wait to come back! X"

"Perfect for couple or small family given one double and one with two single beds. Double with en-suite other with bathroom adjacent. Lovely terrace and open area by cracking 10m x 5m pool. Car a must as little within walking distance. Xabia seafront and old town easy 15-20 min drive and no parking issues."

"The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. Not too 'hi-end', so you can feel comfortable and relax and not worry too much about anything and completely enjoy yourselves. Absoutely lovely people checking in and leaving and available on text for questions, which are answered straight away. Relaxing and fun and would highly recommend. And, obviously, a wonderful pool for all the fun for all the family! Just overall amazining - thank you! One tiny point - the beautiful stairs are open one side, so we had to watch the 3-year old, - but it was all fine. Also, probably need a car. "

"We had a great stay at the casa. The property is in a great location, so quiet and relaxing with a good supermarket close by. Wonderful swimming pool with heaps of outside space and shade, and a fabulous barbeque. We'd love to come back again. Thoroughly recommend. "

"The property was well equipped, clean & comfortable for us a a family of 4 adults & 2 young children, it had everything to make the holiday enjoyable. Pool area was fantastic & cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. We had a problem with the AC in the lounge after storms on our last day which was dealt with immediately by Pepe & the issue was resolved by 8pm the same evening. Minor issue was with the booklet telling you about the local area, beaches ect nothing was in English. "
