No hay recepción, solo te atienden por WhatsApp cuando les viene bien. Y sin tener en cuenta que no tienes conexión a internet. No hay forma de aparcar en la zona, están en medio de la carretera Contratar el parking es imprescindible.

El apartamento muy nuevo y el pueblo muy chulo, a mitad camino de la nieve y de les escaldes, que es mi zona favorita de tiendas. El apartamento con todo lo necesario (incluso horno) y muy calentito, calidad precio excelente, sin duda repetiremos.

Apres avoir mis plus de 2h pour effectuer l'enregistrement en ligne au pied de l'hébergement nous avons dû se déplacer à la réception d'un hôtel pour la remise dès clés et le pire c'est que l'hébergement réservé n'était pas dans la ville indiqué mais dans une autre ville 5km plus loin ce qui est inadmissible car nos activité prévues n'était plus sur place. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement qui nous a été refusé. Fuyez vite.

El apartamento muy bonito, acogedor, muy importante los colchones cómodos.el entorno especial, al lado del río de montaña donde disfrutas de los sonidos de la naturaleza. Volveremos sin dudar. Lo único que falló fue el wifi, pero eso se puede mejorar.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Problème de store dans la salle a manger réparé le lendemain, lavabo salle de bain bouché et flexible de souche qui fuit. Gros problème d'isolation phonique. Un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu.

joli appartement mais très bruyan, rien au environ
appartement sympa, le linge de toilette et les draps n'étaient pas là à notre arrivée. la femme de ménage nous les a déposé 1 heure après notre arrivée. La reception se situe a environ 10 km au début de la vallée d'Ingles à coté du Michelin dans un gros virage, comme ça ouvre à 17h nous le monde est là et ils mettent 20 min par client donc c'est extremement long pour avoir ses clés. L'appartement étant au bord de la route, on entend continuellement le bruit des voitures et les murs étant très fins vous vivez avec les voisins (boules quies conseillées !!!) Il n'y a rien pour faire la vaisselle donc pensez à prendre le nécessaire ainsi que du papier cuisson pour le four. Il faut faire vous-même le ménage sinon 40€ de facturer donc la propreté depend du locataire précédent bof bof sachant qu'il n'y a qu'un balai sans pelle !!!!! l'appartement est au milieu de nul part! il faut 10 min de voiture pour trouver un magasin

Nous étions arriver à 9h30 avec 3 enfants fatigués par le voyage de 10h Vraiment déçus de l accueil en plus de ca les locaux ne sont pas indiquer il faut chercher ....même si l appartement étais quand même bien vraiment déçu du service

El vecino de l9s bajos ten8a la recepcion como un zapatero.
