Great location. Close to great dining options and across the road from the beach. Very clean and spacious.

Average in most areas . Pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Rooms are small, shower leaks water from under the door so your towel becomes sopping wet when you step out. The beds are too soft and lumpy . Shower pressure is weak and to save not stepping out onto a puddle you have to point the shower into the corner and shower against the wall practically . This area of Perth is continently located to everything and within walking distance to almost all landmarks and tourist spots .

Fitness room is pretty pathetic. But everything else is great! Hasbrowns in the restaurant are amazing!
