"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. "It is a beautiful place to stay. The check in process was quick and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Esteban provided us with a wealth of information and things to do while in Puebla. The recommendations for restaurants was excellent. Valet parking our vehicle made our trip very easy and gaining access was fast and efficient. The location was perfect and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and visiting some of the locations on our list. "

The location is further from the historic center than I would suggest to stay. We love to walk but there is so much to walk and see that adding the extra to get back to the hotel was a bit much. Great experience

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return. "

"What a beautiful hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect for us because you can walk to all the cool places. My room was third floor overlooking the church across the street and at night it was so beautiful to see. Front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast was soso nothing special but there was lots of places to eat around the hotel. I would love to stay here again and in the same room I had! Well done Gamma! ❤️"
