良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
El lugar como tal estuvo bien, pero el problema fue que no me respetaron mi reservación. Y me hospedaron en otro lugar y no se me respetó los 4 cuartos que yo había reservado. Falta especificar bien con quien dirigirse cuando se llega a la villa. Ya que los que nos transportaron no sabían de su existencia.

SCAM…Bait and switch!

I booked and paid for this property since August 2023 to stay the week of December 29th. My family was flying from Colombia, Argentina and the USA to welcome the new year. Well the night before our arrival after not hearing from the property owner regarding instructions to check in, I reached out to VRBO and they gave me his contact information. When I called the guy said that the villa was not available until the 2nd and that he could give me another option 4 studio apartments; VRBO team tried to help but they simply washed their hands. Upon our arrival, 4 hours after expected time, there were two studios, extremely filthy (stained sheets, dirty bathrooms and dust everywhere…I’m allergic to dust) the owner came and said it was not his fault as he never got notification of my rental because he couldn’t get in the app??? They changed the sheets (didn’t have top sheets). Never got the other two studios and to make this up he offered to the 5 of us an all inclusive bracelet (if I wanted all inclusive, I would have stayed on one of those places). Resigned that I have gotten scammed and finally coming to terms someone tried to enter one of the condos on the second using a key (by then I have been told that the place couldn’t be cleaned as I had the only key; Two days after our arrival, I had to cancel our plans, stay the whole day for the cleaning crew to show up) he and a woman claimed to be the owners and were told by the host that we will be out on the 31st.
