Location was excellent. Staff friendly; allows you to be self-sufficient by requesting services when needed. Pool was well maintained and clean. wifi - good.

Everything was nice, the service at the front desk was fantastic. The location was great because it was very close to the beach and a safe distance from the noisy bars at night. It was possible to snorkel right in front of the hotel and even better spots at a few minutes of walking on the beach. The only small negative comment would be the kitchen that was lacking some tools and basic items like salt and pepper.

Cold showers, electricity out one day, water on our floor in the bathroom and bedroom, furniture is way outdated, beach was dirty and not cleaned each day trash everywhere!

This is a very run down condo. Furniture is dirty and beat up. The door is very flimsy. The staff are rude and dismissive. The good thing is that it is directly on the beach with beautiful views.

Property could use a facelift. Some items were new but generally dated. The suite we booked was not what we thought. Upgrade cost more than expected. But a great beachfront property in a less crowded area, just across from the reef snorkeling.

Walkable to downtown. Nice beach access, but we didn’t discover it until the second day we were there. We were in Arricifes II across the street and no one told us about beach/towels/etc. Family apartment good for small groups.

The beach is right there - from our room just steps away. Very quiet part of town, just a 10 minute walk from the town square. Great restaurants in this part of town too! You have to request housekeeping services, otherwise you're on your own - but making the request was easily done. Great to have a kitchen!

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was large and the balcony had a staircase down to the beach. Staff were great and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out, and also helping with taxi arrangements.

So the room itself is a bit run down- ie the ceiling leaked in multiple places when it rained but the location was fabulous. It was in a quiet part of a quiet town and we could snorkel right off the beach to see lots of different fish. Lots of dining options are within 10 minutes walking distance.

HAD to upgrade. Had Junior Room. Extremely small. Hotel has 2 seperate buildings. One is across a small street where pool, 10x5, is., unusable. Suite was beautiful, balcony with spiral staircase to beach.

Place is dated and a bit clunky but served our needs for 2 nights at that price. Depends what you are looking for. The patio and beach access was the real draw for us and it was lovely! I got the sense the balcony rooms were nicer but they were in a building across the street and not on the beach, as was the very clean looking pool. A/C in bedroom worked well. Major drawbacks were the shower, which looked/functioned like a mineralized shower head from the 60s; and the fact that you could only secure the exits front and back with a physical key which is a bit of a fire hazard at night. I really appreciated the giant filtered water and dispenser supplied and the well stocked kitchen. I would definitely come back.
