Suitable Address for a Stopover on Your Way
This place is ideal for a stopover when traveling through Tuscany. Best for a stay of 2-3 nights maximum. Efficient for the price under these conditions. It’s recommended to speak Italian. The owner is responsive. Make sure to get all the regulations in detail before arriving (cleaning fees, towels, etc.). There is a small garden open to the courtyard - where the owner’s family smokes cigarettes. A barbecue is available with charcoal but without utensils or dishes - you need to bring your own. This is a room in a resident’s home rather than a “private” apartment.

Erholung in der Toscana
Der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr schön, naturbelassen und nicht überlaufen. Fußläufig ist ein gutes Restaurant mit Fahrradverleih zu erreichen. Wir haben die Abende gerne in dem kleinen Vorgarten mit einem italienischen Bier ausklingen lassen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 5 bis 10 Minuten am ersten Supermarkt in Venturina. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine Küchenzeile gibt es nicht, dementsprechend muss man sich halt mit dem Essen organisieren. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Siamo molto contenti del soggiorno, Alessandro sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Ci ha accolto molto calorosamente. La stanza offriva molti comfort quali condizionatore, macchinetta del caffè (con cialde, bicchierini e zucchero messe a disposizione dal proprietario) ecc. È molto vicino alla spiaggia e puoi raggiungere i vari centri in poco tempo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente se dovessimo ricapitare in zona saremo contenti di ritornarci!

Weekend al mare
La posizione della struttura è in aperta campagna, una zona molto tranquilla anche di notte, ma da cui si raggiungono rapidamente le spiagge. La camera doppia che abbiamo prenotato è esattamente come da descrizione e foto dell'annuncio, climatizzata, ampia e pulitissima. Lo stesso vale per il bagno, praticamente nuovo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la comodità del frigorifero, dello stendibiancheria per mettere costumi da bagno e teli ad asciugare, del parcheggio all'interno del cortile. Alessandro è stato molto gentile, disponibile e facilmente reperibile.

Few days at the sea
At the end of our vacation in Toscana, my girlfriend and I decide to spend some days at the sea, and we booked here by Massimiliano's house. Besides one issue the first day that Massimiliano provided to clear immeaditely, we didn't have any problem at all. The room is in a house in the outside of the Gulf of Baratti, close to the cities in the proximities and the sea, so a perfect place in the middle of the coutry side, easy to reach and from which is easy to move around. Suggested.

Ferienzimmer in schnuckeligem Landhaus
Einen Strandurlaub in Italien, sollte es dieses Jahr sein, verbunden mit etwas Kultur in der Toskana ein Traumurlaub. Obwohl wir vier Personen angegeben hatten wurde uns das Landhaus in der Via Granai 24 angezeigt. Wir buchten. Kurz darauf nahm man mit uns Kontakt auf. Wir sollten berücksichtigen, es gäbe nur drei Schlafplätze. Wir wollten nicht weiter suchen und blieben dabei. Unsere 9jährige Tochter sollte in der Besucherritze schlafen. Das kurzfristig dazubuchen eines weiteren Tages war unproblematisch möglich. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen, Englisch sprach aber niemand, also mussten es Hände und Füße tun. Es erwartet Euch ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Bett und Tisch. Sitzmöglichkeit für 3 Personen und für die dritte Person ein Klappbett, dazu ein sauberes Bad mit Dusche und ein Bidet. Ihr habt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Lavaza Kapselmaschine mit kostenlosen Kapseln, einen Wasserkocher mit Tee. Drei Tassen mit kleinen Löffeln und Plastikbecher. Teller solltet ihr, wenn ihr im Zimmer frühstücken wollt selbst mitbringen, das hatten wir zum Glück dabei. Eine kleine Kochnische haben wir sehr vermisst, gerne hätten wir doch selbst gekocht. Ein Wäscheständer, Klimaanlage und Fernsehen mit ausschließlich italienischen Programmen und WLAN gab es auch noch. Ihr werdet vom Strand kleine Kieselchen mitbringen zum auskehren habt ihr aber nichts zur Verfügung. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Kosmetikeimer. Wir haben unseren Müll gesammelt und in die Tonnen am Strand entsorgt. Den Strand könnt ihr vom Haus nicht sehen der liegt ca. 7 Autominuten entfernt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und viel erlebt.
