"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"The property was nice. We had no issues at all. The property manager was very accommodating and communicated with us promptly. Definitely a great place to stay if you like the feeling of being at a clubhouse. The cabin itself was nice. It could use a few updates. The front porch and back deck was a little rough looking, but the inside was nice and clean. The one bedroom is huge. You could fit a few full size air-mattresses on there along with the bed, and the bathroom attached is also huge....

"We had a lovely time at the property. Kasia and Frank are wonderful hosts who really understand the motto "it's in the details". We have 5 kids ranging from 7-15 and they loved the pool, playing yard games throughout the beautiful property, and fishing. The adults loved the pool deck and gorgeous firepit. Highly recommend! "
