"The staff at reception was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. However, the room soundproofing was lacking and I could hear the person in the next room coughing. Good thing I brought ear plugs along. Even with this in mind, I would still recommend this hotel"

"Overall compared to my other accommodation experiences - this one was great. Breakfast was high quality and large in variety. Staff is professional and someone was available to help even at 3am. I would say the minor issues could have been due to how old the building was- like the hand held shower not working, the bede in the washroom not releasing, the cupboard with motor getting stuck, the shower corner had some questionable dark matter which I think may be due to humidity or moisture. "Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."

"Hotel Brunelleschi is a well-located, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room and beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The check-in staff and bellhop were friendly and helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo and an easy walking distance from other tourist attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "
