「I loved this property so much. They staff was so professional and friendly. The property was gorgeous and in a great location. The food was so so good too. surprisingly good because everything is made in house. It tasted like they brought in a top tier chef just for this little resort. My girlfriend and I kept on getting room service because we enjoyed everything we ate so much. We stayed in the Lava room, and when we come back to Camiguin, we want to try one of the different rooms at this...

「We chose this resort because the tripadvisor had good reviews but I don't know the reason well. The location is good but the room facsilities are not well maintained. The room was very small and hard to open the suitcase inside. The shower was not working well. The wifi was mostly not working during whole stay. It took more than 20 minutes to serve the breakfast after ordering. In total it's not bad but not worth for the room rate.」

「Grace und Vince, die Besitzer, sind unglaublich freundlich und erfüllen annaehernd alle Wünsche. Sie nehmen sich Zeit und sind kommunikativ. Der von uns bewohnte Bungalow war geräumig und sehr schön. Room service komplikationslos nach Zuruf. Die Lage ist optimal, die Sonnenuntergänge. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen🙂」

「The resort recently launched their soft opening, so everything was brand new. The accommodations were clean and the staff was extremely attentive. The food was good with large portion sizes, and breakfast being included was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the bar is not consistently staffed, and the swim up isn't exactly swimup-able.」

「Al principio un poco desastre, pero lo comentamos a Fermín y todo mejor. Buen desayuno, Ado y Viky son súper amables. La cama muy cómoda, el lugar en si tiene mucho encanto y gusto en la decoración. Contra: subir hasta allí a oscuras con la moto (aunque es parte de la aventura)/está tan integrado a la naturaleza que había un lagarto grande en nuestra habitación... 」

「ホテルの予約完了後は直接メールで連絡を頂き私のホテルに対しての要望を聞いてきました。私は観光に使うレンタルモーターバイクをお願いしました。他にも食事制限とか色々希望があれば連絡して下さいとのことでした。本当に親切でスタッフも客同士もフレンドリーでのんびり時間を過ごせるホテルでした。機械があれば同じホテルに宿泊したいと思っています。」

「Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.」
