"Such a beautiful property! Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed. Because it was dark when we arrived, we were so amazed to see the beautiful views when we awoke. We were close to shops and amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our 5 nite stay in this beautiful waterfront home overlooking Monroe Island and beyond. The highlight of this home is the stunning view from every room, with even a glimpse of the Owl Head Light - look thru the sliding door & across the harbor. The home has been nicely updated with hardwood floors throughout and is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and maintained. We look forward to (many) return visits! "This is a very nice, clean ranch style house that is a short walk from the harbor. It is very quiet and comfortable lodging. The area is extremely safe and very pleasant to go for walks. There is quite a bit to do in this area especially if you like lobster, rugged shorelines, foggy mornings, and smell of a fresh sea breeze. The only thing I would point out is that the living room and the kitchen are at different levels, so you have to be careful that you don't fall when walking from one to...

"The house is new, absolutely immaculate and filled with light. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to work in. The proximity to both Belfast and Camden was a huge plus. Our 2 dogs loved the open grassy field! A very friendly neighborhood too."

"Beautiful and very cozy stay close to everything you’d want to do, hike, explore, enjoy. Whirlpool jets in the tub was great after a long hike and we loved stargazing on the terrace. "

"Our family really enjoyed their stay at this home while in town for a wedding, and it felt great to have space for everyone! The cousins shared the double bed rooms and parents got the main rooms. Two bathrooms, one being on-suite, was a bit of a challenge when it came time to get ready for bed, get ready in the morning and get ready for a wedding (also, one low quality hair dryer for the entire home and nearly empty soap bottles when we arrived) but having a well stocked kitchen and dining...

"The perch was perfect for us Place was spotless. Location was awesome. Wifi worked great even out to the water. The layout was great. Even in a smaller space it felt huge. If we ever find our way to st george again id rent this place in a heart beat."

"The house was exactly as advertised. It’s very well maintained and very well appointed. But, the best part is the view. Also, very close to Rockland center and all the activities there. We were very happy with our stay."

"Everything was great. It wasn’t a fancy hotel but beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Went for the Lobster Fest just had to park the car at arrival walking distance to festival, restaurants and stores was right there. Only downfall was the gazebo which was smoking area had a lot of weeds which could have caught fire if guest who smoked didn’t put their cigarette out. Groundskeeper needs to get rid of the weeds."

"The house was at a great location, near Belfast and not too far from Camden/Rockland. Good for kids. The house was very large and old-style classic. The porch was huge and great, old school. The property was very nice, access to rocky shore was good, but with a lot of steps. The plumbing was old but clean and the lighting was also old. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and more. The host was very good and responsive, we had no problems and had a nice stay"
