It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking."

The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful. "
