"The pics and descriptions don't do this place justice. The renovations are gorgeous. Layout is perfect - I didn't want to leave! Kitchen is huge and the upscale appliances are awesome. "This is our 3rd year visiting Arthur and staying in this home. We come back every year because the home has exactly what you need to feel at home. It is spotless. "The property is ok, but not great. Lacks updated amenities (there isn't a dishwasher and other appliances are old) and the AC and internet did not work for us. The location is also not clear and we had to call the property owner to ask where it was. Thankfully, he answered on the first call and directed us to the door. it was also not very clean, there were stains on the sheets and carpet was dirty. "

"The house was big and spacious and easily accommodated all of us. Parking was easy. It was close to campus and other shopping. Noisy train at night and dogs at pet day care started barking early in the morning made it challenging to sleep. Everything else was good."
