Private: terraced garden, 450 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 135 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. 600 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Calonge" 2 km, railway station "Caldes de Malavella" 30 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course 9 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark Aquadiver 8 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
